At Lediphin, we aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Please review our return policy below:

Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items

      • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

      • For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

      • Claims deemed our error are covered at our expense.

    Issue Reporting

        • If you or your customers notice any problems, please submit a problem report promptly.

      Return Address

          •  The return address of Lediphin’s, and is based on where your package was fulfilled: Packages sent out from our US,UK and Mexico fulfillment centers are returned to our Charlotte facility: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

          • If a different return address is used, you become liable for any returned shipments.

        Wrong Address

            • If an insufficient address is provided, you are responsible for reshipment costs after confirming an updated address.

          Unclaimed Shipments

          Unclaimed shipments returned to our facility incur reshipment costs.

          No Registered Account

          Without a registered account and billing method on our platform, returned orders won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost.

          Sealed Goods:

              • We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, for health and hygiene reasons.

            Returned by Customer

                • Advise customers to contact you before returning products.

                • Returns for buyer’s remorse, size exchanges, or regret (Brazil only) are at your expense and discretion.

                • Customers in Brazil must contact Customer Service within 7 days for return eligibility.

              EU Consumer Notification

              Certain goods may not be eligible for return, as per EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

                  • This policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language.
